Olá,Estou a tentar criar uma nova linguagem no limesurvey adequada ao meu caso, mas não tenho conseguido os resultados pretendidos.Fiz tudo de acordo com o manual. Fui buscar o arquivo.PO efetuei as alterações e gravei, logo foi criado o arquiv.MO.De acordo com o manual coloquei no servidor e de seguida efetuei a alteração no arquivo surveytranslator_helper.PHP, as alterações neste arquivo são:   // Portuguese do NT   $supportedLanguages = gT('Portuguese (NT)');   $supportedLanguages = 'Português do NT';   $supportedLanguages = false;   $supportedLanguages = 5;   $supportedLanguages = 1;   $supportedLanguages = 'pt'; Pretendo que a linguagem Português do NT fique disponível nos questionários do limesurvay, alguém me pode ajudar ou explicar o que estou a fazer de errado?Muito obrigado

I am trying to create a new language in limesurvey suitable for my case, but I have not been getting the desired results.
I did everything according to the manual. I got the file.PO made the changes and saved it, then the file.MO was created.
According to the manual I put it in the server and then I made the changes in the file surveytranslator_helper.PHP, the changes in this file are:
 // Portuguese do NT   $supportedLanguages = gT('Portuguese (NT)');   $supportedLanguages = 'Português do NT';   $supportedLanguages = false;   $supportedLanguages = 5;   $supportedLanguages = 1;   $supportedLanguages = 'pt';

I want the NT Portuguese language to be available in the limesurvay surveys, can someone help me or explain what I am doing wrong?

HI,
I did, what you seemed to have done. 
I inserted the new *.mo file into locale
 
  
I added this to "surveytranslator_helper.php"
Code:
    // German new
    $supportedLanguages['de-new']['description'] = gT('German (new)');
    $supportedLanguages['de-new']['nativedescription'] = 'Deutsch - Neue Sprache';
    $supportedLanguages['de-new']['rtl'] = false;
    $supportedLanguages['de-new']['dateformat'] = 1;
    $supportedLanguages['de-new']['radixpoint'] = 1;
    $supportedLanguages['de-new']['cldr'] = 'de';
    $supportedLanguages['de-new']['momentjs'] = 'de';

I cleared the asset cache in "Global Settings / General"
and got this

The new language "German (new)" is available
here
 
and here
 

Of course it is only in English because "German (new)" is not translated. So "gT('German (new)')" won't work.

Please, show more detailled what you did.
And next time do not ignore the initial questions about your version.

Thank you very much for your help, however I am unable to add a new language, and I don't understand why.

Did you also do this step mentioned by Joffm? I can't see it in your list.

Olhando o seu código, tem algumas diferenças para o que tem de padrão para o Português. Não sei se isso pode ser um problema, mas da uma olhada. o "ê" por exemplo foi colocado com código, no seu não.

Embaixo você usa "pt". Não sei se precisaria ser "pt-nt-01". Também não sei se o sistema reconhece "pt-nt-01" ou precisaria ser "pt-nt" só. São coisas que você deveria testar.

Outro ponto: você só mostra o menu para o idioma base. Você habilitou o novo idioma para a sua instalação? Na configuração você tem que escolher os idiomas que sejam disponíveis na sua instalação.

Infelizmente você não respondeu as perguntas básicas ao fazer a sua pergunta, como versão do Limesurvey, etc.

Então vou te explicar isso para LS5. Mas isso é algo "básico" que deverias achar na administração sem grande instrução. Também esta no manual:

www.limesurvey.org/manual/Global_settings#Language

O meu Limesurvey GUI está em inglês e não vou mudar isso agora. Mas você parece entender ingles, etnão segue isso:

"Configuration" --> "Settings" --> "Global" --> Aba "Language" --> adicionar idiomas.

Então você achou a configuração, correto? Mas seu "idioma novo" não aparece?

Difícil saber onde está o problema, já que obviamente não temos acesso ao seu servidor.

Pode ser uma pergunta besta, mas você fez o upload dos arquivos ao servidor e os arquivos tem os direitos de acesso corretos, certo?
