Não existe este tipo de matriz. Lo que poderias hacer es juntar varias perguntas do tipo "dual scale" com CSS e javascript, existen "workarounds" como juntar duas ou mais perguntas en el manual. Depende um pouco da sua versão de LS e do seu template/theme.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
