I tried to git clone inside the plugin folder but its doesn't appear at the plugin manager.

Clone directly PiwikPlugin can not work.
Because you need
./plugins/PiwikPlugin/PiwikPlugin.php

and if you clone you have
./plugins/PiwikPlugin/PiwikPlugin/PiwikPlugin.php

Else another things : you have moreAccessibility on a 2.7X version 8-o : I'm sure it don't work , no ?

You should mention the LimeSurvey version you're using. Perhaps it is a bug. Perhaps it is not supported.

upgrading from Version 2.71.1+170927 to 2.73.0+171219 solved it.
