I have developed a working offline for LimeSurvey. At the same time I made it suitable for list work. It was a great software for very successful and large projects.

I don't get this. This already exists for Limesurvey for quite a while now: offlinesurveys.com.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
