I am having the same issue as previous thread (but am receiving spam check error when I try to reply).

I found the email is empty in decoded token on line 259 of AzureOAuthSMTP.php (method afterRefreshTokenRetrieved).

Is the emial coming from LimeSurvey or Azure ?
