Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 6.5.14
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Docker
Survey theme/template: fruity thwentythree

The plugins appear all to be in error while they are valid, installed activated and working. Even uploading a new one works as expected.

Bug fixed in 6.5.15
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
