Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: LimeSurvey hosting

Hi there! I need to install some plugins using FileZilla, for which y need FTP information (user, password, server and port). I am having trouble finding that information, where can I find it?

You cannot FTP to the cloud server. You need to contact support to have plugins installed.

Installing of plugins (with a small extra fee) in Enterprise and Corporate version.
