Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 5.3.26+220720
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Own Server
Survey theme/template:
==================Hello everybody,

We are migrating some plugins from version 2.72.4+171110 to version 5.3.26+220720. The migration has not been very complicated and in development environments all plugins work, but when we install them in other environments, we find that we can not access the global configuration screen of the plugin, we get the following error:
 
"Could not load plugin".

We have enabled the debug logs (set on 2) in the environment where we are having problems, but we are not getting any debug messages on the screen. We need to see what is going wrong to see if we need to modify anything, how should we configure the platform?

What is different between the development environments and the productive environments?

Did you set the rights of the folders correctly?

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
