Hello,
today i tried to upgrade Limesurvey from 3.24.0 to the newest version of LimeSurvey. This didn't work and now i cant open the application via my browser. After some research i found out that the plugin PDFreport could be the reason for that. Now i am looking for a way to deinstall/deactivate the plugin via the webserver. I can't access LimeSurvey and do it through the plugin-manager. Is there another way via the webserver?
Thank you in advance

Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
I don't answer to private message.

Can you activate debug mode and report the issue ?
There are a system to disable automatically old plugins.
Else
Maybe update (manually) the plugin is the best solution : gitlab.com/SondagesPro/ExportAndStats/pdfReport
Alternative solution : delete the directory.
For DB : just delete the line.
