Hello,

We are attempting to move on from LDAP to SSO.  When we activate Webserver using the suggested(default) settings, we are receiving an "Error 404 however, I am unsure where to find the logs to track down the specific error nor can I find a resolution online.  Any help that you can provide is greatly appreciated!

We are able to login as administrators however, logging in as a user gives us the error "The page isn’t redirecting properly".

What is a user? In Limesurvey all users of the backend are called "Administrators".

There is no login for survey takers.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
No support via private message.
