Can I send out pdf reports to users who complete my surveys?

Hello,

I'd like to send out a pdf report to a user once they complete a survey. I know theres a section that says "Send it by email to" but that sends out a pdf report to all the emails listed there regardless of who takes the survey or not.
Is there an option for this?

What did you enter in that field?

{TOKEN:EMAIL} ?

Hm,
with these settings it was only sent to the participant. (Version 3.22.9)

So I was fixated on pdfreport.

@joffm No you were right. I'm trying to send PDF Reports to participants. Right now I have {TOKEN:EMAIL} , tori@email.com

I want it to go to both the participant and myself but I am only getting a confirmation not a PDF report. I'm wondering if I'm missing something

LimeSurvey version and build number ?
Plugin version ?

Did the pdf is generated ?
Did you try with a fixed email ?

Hello @DenisChenu

So what I am trying to do is have a pdf report send to the participant and to myself. When I put {TOKEN:EMAIL}, tori@email.com I do not receive any emails. The participant receives a email without a pdf report attachment.

I am on LimeSurvey Version 3.25.3+201208

You still don't give all detail, but i think i got it …

You don't answer to the question « Did you try with a fixed email ?»

Here: you use 2 emails ? With , as separator ? Right ?

My apologies, I thought that answered your question. I didn't use just a fixed email. I was using the token and my own email.
Yes, I was using 2 emails with a separator. But as a separator I used , instead of ;
After changing it to ; I got an attachment and so this the participant.

On my screen I do not have a (?) I have a (!) but it does not tell me what separator to use

More detail you give, more explanation you give : less time we take to help you.

It's really unclear (for me) than you set , as separator. A screenshot can be interseting too.

I do not know my plugin version. Where Can I find this information? I was trying to look for it under Plugin Manager but did not see a version number.

I did attach a screenshot of what I see in my previous post. Please let me know if you need something else screenshotted.

Once I switched the separator from , to ; it worked.
