I've installed and activated the reloadAnyResponse plugin on my LS instance, version 3.25.1+201124

Shown below is the settings I have enabled at the survey level. What I cannot figure out is what URL I would share with a participant to allow them to edit their response...

Can anyone provide assistance here, as the documentation doesn't seem to provide specific guidance.\

reloadAnyResponse didn't create a system to show access code.
