what do you mean by "LimeSurvey" portal?
Which report are you referring to?
Which version of LimeSurvey are you using?

Usually - if desired - the report of the answers of each respondent are sent after the submitting of a questionnaire.

Hi,

I'm refering to the Limesurvey Admin Portal
And the report is Response result and exporting to Excel, Word, PDF.
The Version is Version 3.17.3
