LimeSurvey is installed with Version 3.15.2. I would like to enable LDAP bit it's not working.

I choose these settings.
- simple bind
- username prefix: uid=
- username suffix: domain.com
- base dn for group restricition: ou=Groups,dc=domain,dc=com
- filter for group restriction: (&(cn=LimeSurveyGroup)(memberUid=$username))

Do I miss something?

- Your LDAP configuration

- optional base group "ou=groups,dc=domain,dc=com

I don't think simple bind work with AD.

For starting : remove the filter.

And here : it's not your LDAP configuration : it's the configuration you set on LimeSurvey …

If you don't know how to do this with your LDAP : you can't do it with LimeSurvey

I enabled ldap in config.php but do I have to modify the ldap settings in ldap.php?

Good news, I can connect with a ldap login!

But when I use a group in limesurvey plugin config, it's not working...

I made some tests with Optional base DN for group restriction and Optional filter for group restriction settings.

Any idea?

I config the plugin, but i don't know how to use it for user login to answer surveys. I don't see any "LDAP Login to survey" option.

It's for plugin config : no need to updatebany php file.

Yes, but i don't see how to select it for login option for users.

When i enable a survey, the user has to have a password in order to send the invitation mail (I have imported all users before).

On the user side, they have the link to access directly to the survey or the option to enter to the main web, select the survey and sing up.... but no LDAP option...

That is what i mean when i say that there is no info on the manual for LDAP use.
