Some issue fixed about external img. Foiund it due to ivv6 error on www.gnu.org/graphics/gnu-and-penguin-color-1024x946.jpg :silly:

Better to use included image, it work better

nah, this was one of the issues with LS 3.x
the class path changed

Ok, then just remove Class path

Best is to remove Class path because except 2.63.1 : we have the shortcut : github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/ma.../core/PluginBase.php

If you can confirm me it fix the issue : i directly edit file in gitlab without testing
