I have several tablets with Android below 5.0 and the app does not work for me, is there any other alternative to use?
My version is  Versión 5.3.29+220801

Not that I am aware of.

And android 5 is EOL for 6 years now
(01 Mar 2018). I don't think those tablets should be used for data collection anymore.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
