Dear experts,

I try to import an Android multimedia question: signature.

I followed this doc: www.offlinesurveys.com/add-android-multimedia-question

When I imported the question I end up with a new question but the source code is not interpreted (see png attached). I checked on offlinesurveys and I get the same behavior.

I end up with different error but the camera doesn't work and the switch question doesn't show ’web’ or ’You are running this survey at OfflineSurveys’.

I don't understand what am I missing..

Strange,

when I download the question (right click and "Save as...)
and import into LS (version 3.22.13)
I get this

ok I think I spot something...I ask the admin to give me temporarily all permissions and I was able to create a survey with signature and camera questions.
Can you tell me which kind of permission do I need to make it work?
See attached the default permissions I had.

They were not enough to let me add this kind of question.

Solved

I talked to my limesurvey administrator and we've been playing with the permissions so I can add a signature and a camera question. The only way it works it's when he gave me super administrator privileges. Otherwise I can only see the code "behind" the question.

Does that make sense to you ? My admin is not very happy about this.

Hi, most of the problems our users face with importing questions is fixed by disabling Filter HTML for XSS:
Note: XSS filtering is always disabled for the superadministrator.
