Hi, you should naturally be loading/syncing a survey that was created/synced on the same LimeSurvey instance

Hi, I didn't explain correctly. The Limesurvey instalation is one for loading the survey and importing the collected responses later. What I tried to say is that the survey was created in Limesurvey version 1 somes years ago and was modificated each year in the actual version.

I checked the files you sent me, it should be really easy to adjust DB_results to VV format
1- Download a VV file, leave the first 2 rows (the headers) you will paste DB_results in the rows below
2- In VV file leave the first 2 columns should be empty (id, token)
3- Under DB results ignore the firsts 2 columns (limesurvey_response_id, local_response_uid) they belong to internal offlineSurveys DB
4- Reorganize the columns in DB_results to match vv (move submitdate column to the beginning)
- In VV you have (submitdate, lastpage, startlanguage, startdate, datestamp)
- in DB_results you have (lastpage, startlanguage, submitdate, startdate, datestamp)
5- Copy all DB_result rows (without the header) below the vv headers, they will match

Hello!
Now I tried with another survey that is shorter because the firstone didn t work for me.
Now, LimeSurvey shows this messaje:
"Import a VV response data file
Success
File upload succeeded.
2 response lines in your file.
1 responses were inserted.
Warning
1 responses already exist. "
I don t undertand why. Could someone say why? Thanks

Please check your import settings, especially regarding existing data sets. Most probably a data set with the same ID already exists.

It worked when I select "Exclude record IDs?" -> NO

I were able to import the respones from "offline survey" after insert "{question_not_shown}" in cells thats was necesary ¿is it usual this mode of work?
I were able to see this because I completed one survey exactly same that one in the online limesurvey and later compare the files.
