I am currently upgrading LimeSurvey from 1.87 to 2.05 but am stuck in a Pre-installation check page. What I am seeing is an Minimum memory available message says "Too low: 16MB" in red. I checked my computer but it has apparently more than 64MB free memory. I googled this error and found this thread bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=8532 , but it is not helpful for my issue. Has anyone had this kind of issues and resolved it? It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me out.

It's the memory reserved for PHP script. You need to look your phpinfo php.net/manual/function.phpinfo.php (you have it in your global settings).

You can update it via memory_limit php.net/manual/ini.core.php
