New Survey: Save Button doesn't work

Hi,
I've freshly installed Limesurvey and wanted to create my first survey.

Everything seemed to work fine, but:
When I click onto the "Save" button at the bottom of the "New Survey"-page, nothing happens.

Any idea?

resolved:
The problem was: During the installation not all files were uploaded (I don't know why the ftp-client skipped some files).
Anyway: I downloaded my complete structure to my local hdd because I wanted to save all the settings. After that I uploaded the complete file structure like in a fresh installation (with another ftp-app). Then I uploaded my saved files again and overwrote everything.
That helped.

Unfortunately, some FTP clients skip some files sometimes, this is also my experience.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
