IMPORT file and copy error

IMPORT file and copy error was created by Himaone
I wanna ask about importing or copy the survey.
i have done a survey template question there's 67/7
but when i import or copy that master survey, the result only have 16/7
i dont know what happen to that.. can someone help me >.<

its mean number of question and group.

and we have solved it. when we try to debug that because limitation of memory we set.
