I'm trying to change and save the email template for my survey. When I click to save the changes it takes me to the following error notice:
"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /survey/index.php/admin/emailtemplates/sa/update/surveyid/577524 on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

From other similar old posts I've seen I understand it may have something to do with the installation.

How can I change this and be able to edit my email templates?

2. Which "similar posts" are you talking about? Do you have a link for us?

3. Did you notice any other similar errors?
