Need a help.

I want to implement random ordering of survey responses.

Where can I add code for it?Is it already present?

When is the answers table populated.I tested a lot with surveys but the table is still empty.

I am not quite sure what you are trying to do:

a) Randomizing the answer options of a question
b) Reorder the survey responses (lines) so that you can't find out in which order the questionnaires were filled in

Responses are only written to the database when the survey is active. After each page of the survey the data is written to the database, so if you are in question by question mode this would happen after each question.
