We have had some problems with a survey saving some entries this week. We have had entrants complete an entry and get to the 'survey complete' page but their responses have not saved into the database.
This hasn't happened with every entry however so I'm unsure what has caused the problem- but we have no idea of knowing how many entries are actually missing.
I have done a number of tests -- some saved into the database and some didn't, but from the front end everything appeared to be working normally.
