There were no eligible emails to send. was created by ku34r4n
:S Dear friends,

I'm having a problem to sent an invitation email.
The error showing ":There were no eligible emails to send."

But the mail function working fine when i create a new user.
The user able to receive the notification email saying "a user has been created".

Only when sent invitation showing this error.

i'm using the latest version just download few days agon.
Kindly please help.TQ

Maybe you don't generate token code ?

Show us some example of the email screen (hide the real emeil).

A little more width at step5.

Think you don't have token or emailstatus is not OK maybe.

On the first screen it says you have 2 records and 2 records without unique token. I guess you'll need to create a token for these... not sure though...
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Hi, thanks. yes i have overlooked to create the token..

but than now its showing this error... pls ref the attachment..

But when i create a new user the mail function working fine..

Explain the problem is better for other ...

1st : holch is rigth, and he know better GUI interface than me ;)
2nd: host issue.
