Hi!

I'm trying to use LS with MS SQL Server Windows Authentication. Everything seems to work fine when I use SQL Server Authentication, but whenever I change the config.php with a windows authentication LS fails to connect. And SQL Server error log suggests LS is still trying to connect via SQL Server Authentication.

Does anyone know how I can setup the LS Database connection with Windows Authentication instead of SQL Server Authentication?

ANd yes : default LS authentification is LS authentification.

I'm having issue using Windows Authentication for LS Database Connection. Could you please clarify if this is possible? I do not want LS to use SQL Server Authentication.

Windows Authentication => AuthLDAP plugin

There are no user auto creation with LDAP plugin ( see github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/225 )

I can not be more clear .

For example, you put : "When i update config.php" : what did you put in your condif.php file ? Whta is your LS version ? What do you want exactly.

More specifically, I believe the below database config.php file needs to be changed from current SQL Server Authentication to something else which I have yet to find-

ls version is 2.05 with sql server. I just want LS to use Windows Authentication for LS to "connect to my mssql database". But the below config.php for sql server is forcing sql server authentication.

Please let me know if this does not clarify your questions.
