I changed the survey URL 2 days ago and since then nothing works anymore. I'm using the simple hosted version, I'm able to login and see my profile page, but when trying to open the admin URL, nothing happens (white page). First I thought it would just take 24 hours, but now I'm quite worried because it's been like 60 hours and I really need have access within two days.

"I'm using the simple hosted version". I am not sure what that should be, but I guess you are using Limeservice? Get in touch with them, they have a support there.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
