I was wondering if someone could help me with an issue we are having with our LimeSurvey. We are currently using an older version of LimeSurvey (Version 1.87+ Build 8518)
This morning we received complaints that all surveys were showing this on the top of the page:
Notice: Undefined variable: xx983v in /srv/www/htdocs/survey/index.php(1) : regexp code(1) : eval()'d code on line 1
Notice: Undefined variable: xxq3aq in /srv/www/htdocs/survey/index.php(1) : regexp code(1) : eval()'d code on line 2
Notice: Undefined variable: x918zp in /srv/www/htdocs/survey/index.php(1) : regexp code(1) : eval()'d code on line 3

eval is surely a hack. You have surely a virus attacking to your ftp tools to pit this on your server.
1st : change your FTP password
2nd : never 'remind my passord' in your ftp tool
2nd : replace the php files wit a clean LS core file
