I have discovered that when I use the Citronade template, if I have a multiple choice question with an "other" option, the check box for that other option is not there. When I switch to the default template, it re-appears.

Anyone know why this happens and how I can get it back? I love Citronade for its mobile-friendliness, so I would like to not have to switch templates--but it looks odd when I have radio questions above it that DO have the check box other options... thanks!
