I recently had a survey with a multicheck question which was coded as array(numbers) with the checkbox layout. When the survey was complete I got a spreadsheet of the data. It seems that the data was coded as: 1 = they clicked, and blank if they did not click. Though there are 0's also in the spreadsheet and they seem to be random. I am unsure what their significance is, are they an activated and then deactived (aka the person clicked on that check box and then unclicked?) or are they just supposed to be blank?
Yes, the 'array number', checkbox layout can produce this result ("aka the person clicked on that check box and then unclicked?").
