I have created a survey, created a user group, created an administrator access for my client and added him to the group. I gave him all right for participants panel and for surveys. When he logs in, he cannot choose any survey. In the user control section it shows 0 No. of surveys. What am I doing wrong?

Logon with the credentials of your client and check if you cannot see any created survey too.
Create a new survey.

Create another user and check the permissions again. Use the >> Button to display the whole permission matrix.
Logon and check if you now can see any surveys.
