403 Forbidden Error Page

I have a new LimeSurvey installation so running latest software. I have an issue where when I create a question with a code such as A00004 and try and save the question (3 languages) it simply shows up the error message:

403 Forbidden Error Page
If you arrived here due to a search or clicking on a link click your Browser's back button to return to the previous page. Thank you.

I have a previously saved question with reference A0001 (not sure if this has anything to do with it.) I can save the question with any other reference e.g. 008

Does anybody have any idea what is going on? Thanks.

Seems to have been due to html being added which the software does not like - I was copying/pasting text and I looked at the copy in the 'source' editor and stripped out the <div> etc and now it seems to work.

Hi pubgapps,
I was experiencing the same issue i.e.
In the Invitation email (HTML), a save caused a 403 error. To have a successful save I removed the <div> tag surrounding the whole <body>
It seems strange that an enclosing <div> would cause a 403.

Does anyone know why this would be the case?
