Can anyone please help by showing me how to do manual backup [by literally copy paste the folders] of the database and the script itself?

We are using UBUNTU server v11 and LS 1.91.
Which directories I need to backup in this case?

Hello,

There are a lot of backup script for linux server in the web.

To backup the directory: for example

To backup db, see mysqldump

And use crontab with a sh script to do the job.

Yes, you need to do manually ...

You can use phpMyAdmin for example.

Hi Denis.
I did the backup by LS205 (Main Server), and got the dump_sql [with few number of surveys active and inactive].
And I managed to import that dump_sql into backup-server (same LS version, with no survey create yet/empty) using phpmyadmin. And can see from table list name as lime_old_survey_XXXX.
But I can't see any Survey from the survey-list. How to re-call the survey back?

Did I miss any step in the restore process? Please let me know.
