New install on IIS with php

New install on IIS with php was created by cmcooper
Hi all,
Trying to do a test install on version 7 on windows iis with php.

Version 6 install working fine...

But 7 URL start:  Servername/limesurveyTest/index.php/installer
No input file specified.

Now that means PHP or file permissions not set. I have set the correct write permission as I have tested version 6 in the same directory and is fine.

Is this a php.ini setting I'm missing on version 7?

I think its working.
Changed php.ini => cgi.fix_pathinfo=1
