Hello,
I have received this error message "Error Could not load remote installation. limeservice_id 225037, server id 61" on the Limesurvey "Your account" page. Is there a reason for this?
Additionally, I cannot access the survey platform, and recieved a "This site can’t be reached" message. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I have reached out to the LimeSurvey support team but thought to ask here as well.
