Hello,
I have received this error message "Error Could not load remote installation. limeservice_id 225037, server id 61" on the Limesurvey "Your account" page. Is there a reason for this?
Additionally, I cannot access the survey platform, and recieved a "This site can’t be reached" message. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

For any enquiries about the statuso of the Limesurvey Cloud (SaaS) you should get in touch with the support of Limesurvey GmbH.
The forum can only help with issues related to Limesurvey (as in the software), as it is run mainly by users. We do not have any insights on the hosting services provided by Limesurvey GmbH.
Many of us actually use the Community Edition self hosted, so we wouldn't even notice if Limesurvey Cloud services are down.
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
