Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
LimeSurvey version: LimeSurvey Community Edition   Versão 7.0.1+260611 
Own server or LimeSurvey Cloud: Own server
Survey theme/template: Bootswatch

Hello.
Since the last update, I have been unable to edit the structure of any of my surveys. I have tried both the new and classic versions, but the issue persists. Is there anything I can do to regain this functionality?

What do you mean with "editing the structure"? Change the order of questions and question groups? Which screen are you referring to?

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I mean, making changes to the survey's structure, e.g., correcting a typo in a question. When I click on a question to edit it, nothing happens.

This sounds strange. Does this happen with any survey or just with a specific survey? what happens when you copy this survey?

I have not had time to install LS 7.x yet, so I can't say much. But it is still in an early age. I wouldn't be surprised to find some bugs like this in LS 7.x at this early stage.

Hi,

When I click on a question to edit it, nothing happens.

What does this mean?
You click on the question text in the tree structure on the left. What do you see?
This?

And when you click on the Edit buitton in the upper right corner?
In your account there ist a settiing like "show edit mode directly". Then you get to this page directly
 
Or can't you edit here?
I do not see any issue.
 

So please explain and show some screenshots.

Hi,
Thank you all for your replies.
I tried to upload a short video, but it wasn't allowed. Here's a snapshot of the issue: When I click on a group of questions, nothing happens, so I can't edit them. I have several questions in each group. The expand/contract group of questions option is not working either.

The "question organizer" seems to be unblocked as I see in your screenshot.


So, as holch already asked:

Does this happen with any survey or just with a specific survey? what happens when you copy this survey?

Or export the survey and import again.

The "question organizer" was the first option I verified. As seen in the snapshot I sent, it is unblocked.

Or export the survey and import again.

It doesn't solve the issue. It happens with all surveys.

I recommend to open a bugreport. Did you try using a different browser? You can try to clean the cache of your browser. Sometimes the GUI is messed up because the browser has old parts of GUI cached.
