I have a question about the release notes. They regularly reference what looks like ticket numbers (maybe jira?) that i can't relate to the regular bugtracker. Most items have a reference to the bugtracker, something like "-Fixed issue #18936", but there are also references i don't understand.

For example from the 6.17.1 notes, there is this change:
-Fixed issue #LB-137: Fixed cookie creation when there is a tokens table (#4903) (lajosarpad)

or from the version before that:
+New feature #AT-1771: Added field type for additional attributes of survey participants (#4609) (Tim Willig)

What do these LB-137 or AT-1771 items reference (and other such labels)? Where can i find more information about these changes? Is there some other issue tracker than bugs.limesurvey.org that is also used for change requests? How could i have found that out?
