LimeSurvey version: 6.15.8
Own server or LimeSurvey Cloud: Own - docker deployed
Survey theme/template: default

Hi !
Sorry I repost this message since the previous did not appear in post list, I suspect it has disapearred in 4th dimension.
I encounter an issue creating a survey : "Survey cannot be created".
As an admin or user, same result.
Audit_log enabled, nothing's logged.
No log on web server.
Does anybody know how to debug this ? Or how to resolve :) ?

No, it did not disappear in the 4th dimension. It was in the queue to be approved by a moderator. Posts from no members need to be approved by a moderator first, due to the high spam volume that we got.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
