Dear all,
When I completed my enquête and want to share it via the link, I receive the following notification:
500: internal error An error occurred while the web server was processing your request. Please contact the administrator regarding this problem.

How can I locate and then solve this problem?

Difficult to say, because a 500 error is has usually to do with the server configuration.
When you say "Cloud", are we really talking about the Limesurvey hosted version of Limesurvey?
In this case, I would recommend to open a support ticket with the Limesurvey GmbH as we at the forum have no insights into their server configurations and settings. This forum is mainly run by users for users.
Now, if it is hosted somewhere else, you should get in touch with the person responsible for the server, to check if they can see any errors in their logs.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
