==================
We are unable to open any statistics page. This is an issue with our current survey. It was working in the past.
- When I click the ‘Statistics’ icon in the survey overview, I get a server error 500: ("Division by zero"). I never saw a 500 error with that error message before.
- When I go to “Statistics” in the survey menu, I only see a loading indicator (spinning ball), but the page never opens.
In the survey, we ask for many highly personal details, so we use a large number of encrypted input fields. In the first survey round, we used encryption a bit less.
The provider is not a low-cost host and we have an advanced hosting plan. We have many years of experience with this provider. They have always been reliable. Based on our experience, the server is not oversold.
All required PHP libraries are available.
I did not find any information on RAM allocation or script runtime limits in LimeSurvey’s system requirements. Therefore, I cannot assess whether this might be a bottleneck.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
