what is your concern?
It's the usual and desired behaviour:

Just like Joffm says: This is the correct behavior for anonymous surveys. If the survey is not anonymous the dates and times will be registered.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
