Browser freezes when click on a menu item was created by jamiepoindexter
Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
LimeSurvey version:6.15.5
Own server or LimeSurvey Cloud: own server hosted by a company
Survey theme/template: Fruity TwentyThree
==================
Server php set to 8.3

When I click on a menu item in the Settings tab, the browser freezes.  Same when I click on a field in the Structure tab.  I have been online with the server provider several times.  First they reloaded htaccess file in the root, and things started working for awhile, sort of.  I was able to crate and activate a survey.  But now that I need to get my results data, I again can't get to Statistics or any other menu.

The browser console shows:
pjax.combined.min.js:1  GET steeplechasecondos.org/applications/lime...211382?1754935834623 500 (Internal Server Error)
y @ pjax.combined.min.js:1
value @ pjax.combined.min.js:1
j @ pjax.combined.min.js:1
(anonymous) @ pjax.combined.min.js:1Understand this error
lslog.js:2417 LSLOG ce.Event {originalEvent: Event, type: 'pjax:error', target: document, currentTarget: document, isDefaultPrevented: ƒ, …}

The help desk said they can't do anything more and I needed to consult here.

Was there any suggestion beside consulting the user2user forum? Did they open a bugreport or suggest that you should do that.

Did you update or change your LimeSurvey installation or the webserver configuration?
If you didn't update LimeSurvey the webhosting provider might update parts of the webstack (webserver, php etc).

Did you try a different webbrowser? You might need to clear the cache of the browser or use the anonymous mode to check without any cache issues.
