I think nothing just stops "suddenly". There must have been a change. Was there an update to your installation on Tuesday?
From what I understand, you are not using the community edition, but the SaaS service provided by the Limesurvey GmbH?
Please, fix it.
This forum is mainly maintained by volunteers: users helping users. If you feel that this is a bug that was introduced you have two options:
1. Create a bug report (bugs.limesurvey.org)
2. If you are a paying customer of Limesurvey GmbH (e.g. you pay for the hosted version of Limesurvey Pro), you can also open a support ticket with the Limesurvey GmbH.
I would do both.
