Having issue exporting respond with new survey and clone survey (Created on 2.67.3+170728).

Exporting with csv, excel, pdf and words show no result and header not separated, HTML able to display result.
   
 

Exisiting survey created on 2.67.3+170728 able to export result, only new survey created on 6.2.9+230925 having issue.

this looks like you are opening a CSV file in Excel the wrong way.

This is how it works: Open Excel. Go to Data. Obtain data (might be slightly different in English, my Excel is in a different language), from Text/CSV and then import accordingly.

If you don't go through these steps and just open a CSV with Excel, it looks like in your screenshot.

Now, if you export as Excel, it should open correctly from the beginning.

By the way, your installation is basically 6 months old now. If this is a bug, it might be long resolved. So upgrade first before any further bug hunting.
