Interface not rendering properly after domain name change

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
LimeSurvey version: 6.12.2 build 250324
Own server or LimeSurvey Cloud: Own server
Survey theme/template: Vanilla

I recently changed the domain name of my LimeSurvey installation. While the application is still accessible at the new domain, the interface now appears as plain text (basic HTML) rather than the fully rendered LimeSurvey UI.

Is there a specific configuration or setting I need to update within LimeSurvey after changing the domain?

Try to clean your browser cache first.

Also clean the asset cache in Limesurvey.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
