Hi,
at first: why don't you enter a "real" Other option in the first question?

Then you get in the second question something like this (you have to use the correct code for the "other")

That's fine, though your items on the x-axis are a bit long.
And I do not understand why you list the selected markets (red line) and why you expect the participant to give an order (blue line)?

So I suppose you want to achive something like this

To do this you have to use the plugin "hideEmptyColumn"
gitlab.com/SondagesPro/QuestionSettingsType/hideEmptyColumn
You have to add the compatibility to LS 6.x. in the config.xml

Joffm

Edit: I saw that you use the Cloud Installation.
So you are not allowed to install plugins.

But fortunately you can use the ".css"-file and the ".js"-file in the plugin (folder "assets") as is.
Just insert the code into your question (sourcecode mode)

Thanks for your suggestion

As i made as per your suggestion but the selection answer on the basis on Y-axis but i need to do selection must be based on X-axis

That means why we choose that store and ask for reason for choose

Also attached lss file for the same

This is what you want to achieve?
Stores in x-axis, reasons in y-axis?
This is what I showed and explained.

And you have a working example.
Also with the included plugin, meaning you enter the script and the css directly in the question text.

What else do you want?

That means why we choose that store and ask for reason for choose

Of course the clean and proper solution is to display the store on y-axis.
This is the built in way.
But unfortunately your reasons are a bit long.

Thanks for your response

As you explained is right that is my expected but their some change in selection for the option

For currently if choose any answer in x-axis against y-axis it;'s treated as valid response but i need  collect response on x-axis basis (we can choose multiple responses per x-axis data) that means tranposed mode for image 1

Hope you understood my concern

Hope you understood my concern

No, I do not.

we can choose multiple responses per x-axis data

Yes, you can. That's why you used an array(numbers), or.
What is wrong with this?

Do you want only one answer per row? Use an array instead of an array(numbers)

Do you want only one answer per column? Use question validation

Do you want only one answer per column? Use question validation
Or, an array-by-column - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Question_type_-_Array_by_column/en

Or, an array-by-column

I wasn't sure that "hideEmptyColumns" works.
I had to check. And it does.

I showed all options.
1. Multiple selection in both rows and columns.
2. Multiple selections in rows, one selection in columns.
3. One selection in rows, multiple selections in columns.

Use the appropriate question type!
Either "array" or "array by column" or "array(number)".

You have all options.
Now it's your decision.

Joffm

My opinion: there can be several reasons for one object and also one reason for several objects.

I would do this with the core ranking type question, followed by a short-text question to specify "Other".
