ComfortUpdate is not working

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
LimeSurvey version: 6.10.4+250210
Own server or LimeSurvey Cloud: own server

I get the following error when I click on the ComfortUpdate:
It seems that the ComfortUpdate server is not responding. Please try again in few minutes or contact the LimeSurvey team.

This error messages can happen when the update server is momentarily not available. Usually when coming back a couple of hours later it works again.

However, if it is already two days, please open a support ticket with Limesurvey GmbH, as they are responsible for this service and you are a paying customer, so they have an interest that their services are working fine.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Done that, support ID 38227.
Also the www-page for sending support request is broken, it does not say that a message has been received, just gives a blank page.
