I installed and used the system last week. Now, I visit my site and I'm unauthorized. How do I log in? There is no link on the main page to login.
This is very confusing. You are saying that you installed it and used it. So far so good. But then you say you are unauthorized, but at the same time you don't know how to login. I assume you couldn't find the login page, which is different to not being unauthorized.
Now to the screenshots you are posting: One seems to be from your own sever under your own domain, the other one seems to be from the SaaS service of LImesurvey. So what is it? Did you install Limesurvey on your own server or did you just get a package from Limesurvey Hosting. I am really confused by your posts. Because one has nothing to do with the other. So we should clarify the basics first.
There is no way of posting issues on the LimeSurvey github page.
The bug tracker is at bugs.limesurvey.org. However, based on your description this doesn't seem to be a bug, but rather a confusion on how to get to the admin backend of LImesurvey.
Thanks for your efforts, but I'm going to use a solution that makes an effort to want me to use it.
Well, this is totally up to you. However, I feel like you are missing the basics, or at least don't really explain your issue very well for us to understand what is going on.
I have no issues what so ever to access my different installations of the community edition on my server and I also am able to login on account.limesurvey.org without any issues:
Hard to help you if you show only very limited screenshots. Seems like the login to accounts is just showing the left part of the screen, with the login being further to the right.
In your screenshot of your installation we can only see part of the URL, we would have to guess the last part of the url / domain. Why not posting the full URL so we can see how to access this? is it "Gold Standard Church", "Gold Standard Checklist", "Gold Standard Chairs", what is it? Hard to help with the lack of information provided.
But, from what I understand, you already moved on, so probably no need for us to continue.
