I installed and used the system last week. Now, I visit my site and I'm unauthorized. How do I log in? There is no link on the main page to login.

First of all, we consider "cloud", when you are on the limesurvey SaaS service, which if you have installed it on your server you are not. So from I understand you use the community edition installed on your own server.

Now to your probkem: what do you refer as the main page? Probably the index page where you could see the list of public surveys. You need to go to the admin page. Try to go to www.example.com/admin/ , with www.example.com Bein the URL leading to the index page.

The only thing `/admin` shows me is that the following surveys are available, which are none, and that I should contact myself for assistance. The only action on that page is a language selector.

What else do you suggest?

That is not the right URL. Show us the URL to this page, and I'll tell you how to get to the login for the bachend/administration. You are looking at the LS front-end right now.

Here an example of my survey url:

surveys.domain.tld/6/

I installed LS under the subdomain surveys with the domain domain.tld, in a subfolder called "6" representative for the main branch of lime survey.

So using the url above would get me to the screen you are showing. Adding /admin/ at the 3nd will get le to the login screen.
