Hi there, recently i acquired a new dedicated server to host Limesurvey, i be able to do all installation and seems like all works fine, but i have 1 problem, when i create or edit a question, doesnt load the interface for edit, i attach some images.

I increase the php memory limit and execution time to make sure thats not the problem, but it keeps soing the same, can anyone help me to figure it out what happens?

I repeat, the server that host this limesurvey is new and the Limesurvey installation is new too, i dont have any issue during the installation.

Looks like the editor isn't really loading. Set your installation to NOT use the WYSIWYG Editor and check what happens. If you have "normal" text boxes, the problem is with the editor. Maybe the script gets blocked by some security rule on your server.

Another possibility: When uploading files via FTP it can happen that not all files are uploaded. So check this as well. If you uploaded the zip file to the server and unpacked it there, than this is most probably not the issue.

And go to Configuration/Global/general : Clear assets cache
 

Well, thanks for the help but what i do at the end is change server, the server where i have the issue just have 4GB of RAM and 1 processor, seems like wasnt enough for limesurvey, on my new server i be able to install Limesurvey and works fine, i cant say it 100% sure but i think that was the problem, or what holch say, when i copy the files seems like some files was not copied.

You should be able to run Limesurvey on much "weaker" servers than that, it even runs on shared hosting. This should not have been the issue.
