Hi,
I've encountered the most most peculiar issue with links in survey notifications and I'm hoping you have some ideas on how to fix it.
I have a bunch of surveys where there is an admin notification set up to send an email when somebody fills out the survey. The email has a link to another survey, this one mirrors the first survey in structure but some of the questions are pre-filled with answers based on that first survey. Now the link in the email text is 100% correct as it works for me.
I as a superadmin can make any changes to the survey and the link keeps on working. However if users with less permissions change anything in the survey (including saving the email template!) the link in the message stops working. I have watched them perform the exact same steps as I do - doing the same thing from my account works, but it doesn't work for them.
Now these users have a role set up which permits them to access everything in the "survey" row (except for viewing), other than that they don't have permissions to other things.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? Do I need to change their permissions or is it a bug?
